You can request the deletion of your Fastlane account from our support team.
Once you've requested to delete your account, you will have 14 days to cancel your request.
Otherwise, all of your progress and any purchases you've made will be permanently lost.

1) Can't Access the Game?
If you are unable to request account deletion from within the game, don't hesitate to get in touch with us at support@fastlanertr.com. Please be sure to have some of the below information prepared so we can locate, verify, and proceed with account deletion for you as efficiently as possible:
- How many gems do you have?
- How much cash do you have?
- How many golden tickets do you currently have?
- What is your current league?
- When was your last in-app purchase?
- What is your most recent vehicle or drone?
2) Request Account Deletion Directly from within Fastlane
1. Open the settings menu, by tapping the cog icon in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
2. Select the support tab and tap "Report a Bug"
3. This will open up an email to send to our support team who will be more than happy to assist you with your query. This email automatically includes helpful data to allow the team to locate your account - please do not delete this.
4. Once you request the deletion, you will not have access to your account and you will have 14 days to cancel your deletion from your original request through Support, otherwise your account will be permanently closed.
