I have not received my purchase, what should I do?
We're sorry you had trouble with your purchase.
In-game purchases normally go through to your account instantly, however, occasionally you may experience a delay in receiving them, in which case we advise waiting a few minutes.
If your purchase went through (you have a receipt from apple/google) but you have not yet received it in-game even after waiting a few minutes, please reach out to us in-game by tapping the menu button, then tap Settings, Support tab and contact us.
You’ll need to include a screenshot of the receipt for your payment to help us resolve your inquiry. You should have received an email with it but if you can't find it, you can follow the steps below:
- Go to payments.google.com
- Select Activity
- Select an order to see your receipt.
