Technical Issues FAQ
Why am I unable to install Samurai Siege?
If you are unable to install Samurai Siege you may have run out of space on your device. Please ensure you have enough space to download the app. If not you will need to make room by deleting other applications you no longer use, or music and photos.
If you have an older or low spec device, Samurai Siege might be unavailable to install from the store.
Can I play multiple accounts on the same device?
We do not support players having more than one account in the same OS as it could cause issues such as causing you to overwrite and lose your account. You can have separate account on each platform, iOS and Android.
How do I connect multiple devices to the same account?
To be able to play the same game on multiple devices you will need to ensure you are logging into the same Game Center account on each device if you play on Apple devices or into the same Google Play account if you play on Android devices.
You cannot play the same account on two different operating system.
Why are battle replays no longer available?
Currently when the game is updated, all battle history is reset. This means that all battles from before the update can no longer be replayed. Battles fought after the update can be replayed as normal.
We might also require to do this before certain features such as new Kami Tree Levels are implemented.
I have lost or purchased a new device. How do I retrieve my active game?
If your game was linked to GameCenter (iOS) or Google+ (Android) log in to the account you used to save your village and open up Samurai Siege. You will then be able to load your village.
In the event your game was not linked to GameCenter or Google+ we might not be able to retrieve your village for you.
How do I turn Samurai Siege notifications ON or OFF on my device?
You can turn off Samurai Siege notifications on your device by following the instructions below.
Go to Device Settings > Device > Apps (Application Manager) > select Samurai Siege > deselect 'Show Notifications' > Press 'Ok' when prompted by the 'Turn off notifications alert'.
Go to Device Settings > Notification Center > Scroll down to the “include” section > Select Samurai Siege > From here you can choose from 3 Alert styles, Turn sound off, Show on lock screen, and many more notification settings.
What do I do if my games keeps freezing and not loading properly?
This can happen if you're playing in a lower end device. You can mitigate it by closing other apps running in the background and clearing your ram periodically.
