Known Issue - 23/06/2019
We have received reports of game crashes when claiming Jade & Essence resulting in a quantity that would exceed your current capacity.
Our team of developers are currently working at fixing the issue. In the meantime and to avoid app crashes, we recommend that you do not claim an amount of Jade or Essence that would exceed your maximum cap.
If you were doing it anyway, the Jade & Essence would still be credited to your account (to the limit of your maximum capacity) after you log back in after the crash.
